Join EEAI for a Facilitator Field Day!

Thanks to generous support from our friends at the Sustainable Forestry Initiative, EEAI is excited to host a FREE professional development day for our facilitator network. Join us at Anita Purves Nature Center in Urbana for a day of fun and learning with your fellow facilitators from across the state. This event will also include the EEAI annual meeting and a lunch!

Tentative Facilitator Field Day Schedule:
9:30am - Check-in and Intro Activities
11:00am - Annual Meeting
12:00pm - Lunch
1:00pm - Facilitator Learning Stations
2:00pm - Group Outdoor Activity
3:00pm - Breakout Groups & Wrap Up
3:30pm - Head home!

Limited travel stipend funds are available for facilitators that live outside of EEAI's East Central Region. If a stipend will help you attend this event please fill out this form by the extended deadline of March 10th.

Accessibility information:

This event will take place indoors and outdoors, rain or shine. It involves sitting for powerpoint presentations as well as walking outdoors. The walk from the Nature Center to the boat house is about a 1 mile walk on paved and unpaved trails. Boat house is accessible by vehicle if needed.
