Join staff from Sugar Grove Nature Center and an EEAI Project Learning Tree Facilitator in this hands-on in-person workshop to increase early childhood outdoor teaching and learning at your facility. Participants will be trained in the Project Learning Tree early childhood education guidebook (perfect for preK-2nd grade) and get additional instruction on outdoor implementation. Plus, participants will get a full tour of the Sugar Grove Nature Center Imagination Grove and guidance on creating outdoor learning spaces no matter the type of setting educators have available. 

Participants should plan to be outside most of the day, bring a water bottle or refillable cup and bring their own lunch. PLT Guidebook, workshop supplies and access to Sugar Grove Nature Center will all be provided. Door prizes and other fun take-homes included too!
